What is a Video Intercom?
A video intercom, also called a video door phone, is a security and communication system made of an outdoor door station and indoor monitor units. When a visitor presses the call button, the indoor monitor rings and shows the visitor's live picture on its screen. You can talk to the visitor, check who they are, and then unlock the door or gate with a button, all without going to the door.
